QBank Education Pvt. Ltd. sells digital educational materials (question papers and solution PDFs). Access is granted immediately after payment is verified.
No refunds after successful payment
Because these are digital goods delivered instantly upon payment, we do not offer refunds once a payment has been successfully completed. This applies regardless of whether the file has been downloaded yet.
Examples of what is not refundable
- Change of mind after purchase
- File already downloaded and viewed
- Any request made after payment has been successfully completed
Something actually went wrong?
If a payment was deducted but you didn't get access, you were charged twice for the same paper, or a technical glitch is blocking you — that's not a refund request, it's a bug we want to fix. Please use our support form with your order ID and a description of what happened, and our team will investigate and make it right.
